We are looking for a Wholesale and eCommerce Coordinator with strong organisational and time management skills to join our small team in Sydney.

Studio Amelia is a premium women’s footwear and accessories label based in Sydney with a global following in need of a diligent and passionate worker to join our sales team and contribute to the growth of the wholesale and DTC business.

This role will work across both our wholesale and eCommerce business and will include exposure to global Press and Marketing activities and provide a myriad of growth and development opportunities.

The Role |

Wholesale:

Support senior management on the coordination and implementation of seasonal wholesale strategies.

Provide seasonal updates on new stores opportunities with targeted research and client list management.

Liaise with our Regional Area Managers on seasonal invitations, scheduling and strategies for each global region to ensure we are hitting our sales goals in each region, per season.

Liaise with Regional Area Managers to receive and process wholesale orders via JOOR.

Manage order processing, dispatching, and ensuring delivery to all retail partners globally.

Serve as the main point of contact for retailers, providing updates on order status and addressing any concerns.

Work closely with Wholesale agents to manage client inquiries, returns, exchanges, and order adjustments.

Support senior management on all invoicing for wholesale orders.

Manage the receipt and distribution of product samples to sales agencies, showrooms, press houses, VIP influencers and wholesale clients.

Manage the receipt, organisation, and return of samples, ensuring they are well-maintained.

Support across all in season initiatives to key retailers with brand and product training and incentive programs.

Track and report on retailer sales performance and sell-through

Identify growth opportunities and utilising our ATS list throughout the season

Process Return Authorisations and Credit Notes efficiently and accurately.

eCommerce Support:

Support the daily fulfilment of online orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Support daily processing of returns + exchanges.

Support the management of stock levels with regular stock checks / stock takes.

Performing quality checks on all products being shipped to clients.

Press + Sample Management:

Managing Sample movement related to VIP and Press inquiries.

Preparing VIP and Press Gifting packs and managing seasonal send outs.

Managing all Domestic and International publicity requests

The Skillset |

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a similar role

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft programs

Previous experience using Joor or similar sales platforms

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills for reporting and administration.

Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.

Proven experience in increasing and optimizing sales, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Previous knowledge of international retail markets is highly valued.

Experience managing global logistics across multiple shipping partners desirable

Candidates Attributes |

The ability to work autonomously with great accountability to meet department deadlines.

Excellent multitasker.

Great attention to detail and the ability to recognise errors and problem solve.

Good copywriting skills are a plus.

Previous experience working in women's fashion / wholesale is desirable but not necessary.

Previous experience wrapping and packing fashion merchandise is desirable but not necessary.

This role is full-time and will be based in our Alexandria office, and the salary will be based on the successful applicant’s experience.
