In this high-impact role, you'll leverage your senior-level financial and procurement experience in infrastructure, construction, facilities, or asset management to oversee Command's financial accountabilities, ensure compliance with QCS and Government frameworks, and educate a small team on embedding compliance frameworks. You'll play a key part in shaping operational governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a complex government context.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Policy & Practice Governance: Manage Command's policy library - keep docs current, accurate, accessible.
- Operational Performance & Reporting: Contribute to Divisional Operational Plan, develop KPIs, prep high-level reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with QCS stakeholders, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Monitor workload, HR, budget; lead team to operational readiness.
You Bring:
- Senior-level financial accounting/procurement experience in facilities/asset management.
- Knowledge of procurement/financial delegations in complex government ops.
- High-calibre written comms for complex reports to Executive level.
- Strong relationship building, coaching/mentoring skills.
- Quality assurance/compliance expertise to measure operational performance.
