UpHill Real Estate, a market leader in real estate sales and property management in the South East suburbs is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our property management team.

With no experience required this is your opportunity to step into the real estate industry and work in an office with a great working environment & ample room to grow. Our values are ambitious, hardworking, ethical and we are looking for a dedicated & creative individual to join our growing business.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

Answering of office phone and taking rental enquiries

Greeting clients attending the office

Update and maintain UpHill file documentation

Create client documentation

Create property advertisements and publish online

Upkeep UpHill internal databases

Research on platforms that could generate leads and promote the organization

Actively stay in touch with clients in business database

Keeping the office, lobby and staff areas clean and presentable

Other duties as required within the rental department

Requirements

No experience required

Current Police Check (National Police Certificate)

Must have a reliable car/current driver’s license
