Be the face of our new Deer Park clinic!
Full-time, Monday–Friday. We’re after a friendly, reliable people-person with great communication skills, initiative, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. If you’ve got the energy, drive, and a bubbly personality – we want you on our team!
Responsibilities include:
Reception:
Greet and welcome all visitors
Manage incoming calls
Maintain an organized reception area and office
Ensure office and kitchen area and supplies are stocked and maintained in a clean and tidy condition
Administration:
Provide support to our Marketing and Administration Officer with enquiries, inbox management, new referrals and onboarding
Company Events – help plan, coordinate and organise company events as required.
Workshops and training – help plan, coordinate and organise workshops and training events as required
Maintain our asset and certification database.
Generate daily invoicing.
General Admin Support – provide support with general admin functions including scheduling meetings, minute internal meetings, report preparation, and providing admin support to the team as required.
Marketing:
Provide support with marketing initiatives including website content, email campaigns and newsletters

If you strongly align with our core values and are passionate about supporting autistic people to live life well, we would love to hear from you. Key requirements include:
NDIS administration experience highly desirable
Passionate about autism and the autistic community, this may or may not include lived experience.
Reception experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Friendly and professional
A quick learner
Ability to be proactive, use initiative and problem solve
Accurate, efficient and get things done
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong copywriting skills and ability to demonstrate clear brand voice.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and results driven.
