The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Client Services Assistant to be the welcoming face and backbone of our client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on helping others, and wants to grow in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team

Assist with onboarding new clients, including collecting documents and guiding them through our processes

Maintain and update client records in our systems

Support the team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence

Help coordinate client communications and reminders for key deadlines

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in an accounting or professional services firm is a plus)

Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable learning new systems and processes (experience with Xero, XPM, or similar is an advantage)

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proactive, reliable, and a team player
