Apprentice Carpenter (Junior)

Melbourne Cladding Solutions is seeking full-time Apprentice and Qualified Carpenters to join our growing team. We’re a well-regarded residential carpentry business specialising in weatherboard cladding, external renovations, and insulation upgrades. We operate across the Northern and Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Assist with cladding, timber repair, feature walls, and renovation carpentry

Learn to read plans, handle tools safely, and follow on-site procedures

Be trained and supported through your Certificate III in Building & Construction (Carpentry)

Work under the direct supervision of experienced team leaders

✅ You’ll Need

A great attitude and strong work ethic

Own car and valid driver’s licence

Physical readiness for hands-on outdoor work

Cert II in Building & Construction (preferred, not required)

🎁 We Offer

$20–$30 per hour (above award) After trial period

Fuel allowance paid each pay run

All tools, uniform, and safety gear supplied

Quarterly bonuses if KPIs are met
