What You’ll Be Doing

Follow detailed architectural and engineering plans

Work safely using SWMS and your PPE

Team up with other carpenters, supervisors and apprentices to organise schedules

Report to the supervisor/project manager, troubleshoot issues, and, when needed, lead on-site

Clean up, lock up, and keep everything shipshape each day

Occasionally take on site supervisor duties and attend office meetings as needed

What We Expect From You

Valid qualifications, licences, and in-date safety tickets

Tools and transport kept clean, secure, and tagged

Arrive onsite at least 15 minutes early

Work safely and to a high standard—no shortcuts

Professionalism and respect in all interactions
