What You’ll Do

As our Shop Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store—leading a team of staff and volunteers, creating a welcoming space for customers, and driving the success of our retail mission.

You’ll:

Champion Lifeline’s purpose and values in everything you do

Oversee daily store operations and delegate with confidence

Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Bring creativity to visual merchandising and promotions

Use data and feedback to spot opportunities and solve problems

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all

Retail management experience - bonus if you have managed volunteers previously

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

A hands-on approach to learning all aspects of store operations

Great communication, problem-solving, and tech skills (POS, Microsoft Office, etc.)
