Premier HVAC is a subdivision of Premier Services Group and is an established mechanical provider delivering service, maintenance, installation and project works for our large, ever growing customer base.

Premier HVAC operates within a wide range of sectors including hotels, retail, hospitals, data centres, logistics customers, temperature controlled warehousing, sporting venues and many more.

We are seeking to expand our service team with a self-motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Coordinator, willing to gain new experience and commit to providing reliable and quality service.

About the role:

Assist in day-to-day office operations, including purchasing, creation of service calls and safe work method statements.

Assist with general office tasks, data entry and upkeep of internal records.

Handle service correspondence, phone calls, and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.

Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and technicians.

Provide support to service and HVAC technicians, with focus on operations and administrative tasks.

To be a successful candidate you will have the following:

Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a positive environment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under fast-paced demands.

Familiarity with MS Office programs.
