Suede is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled clinic administrator to support the daily flow of our premium cosmetic skin clinic and medical wellness practice under one roof.

This full-time role is for someone with experience in medical or cosmetic admin, confident with Medicare billing, patient management, digital tools, and team coordination. You’ll work across both Suede Clinic (injectables + skin) and Suede Medical (general + telehealth), located in Balmain.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming clients and managing appointment flow

• Coordinating in-clinic and telehealth bookings

• Processing Medicare rebates and private invoices

• Supporting doctors and nurses day-to-day

• Following up referrals, pathology, and prescriptions

• Keeping stock and clinical spaces tidy and operational

• Assisting with admin systems, documents, forms, and occasional basic content tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in medical or cosmetic clinic admin

• Confident with Medicare rebates and claiming

• Familiarity with Best Practice, Genie or similar software

• Excellent communication and a polished, professional manner

• High attention to detail and ability to stay organised

• Tech-savvy and confident with digital workflows
