[About the Role]
We're seeking a skilled Cosmetic Injector or experienced Dermal Therapist who is confident both in treatment delivery and in communication—on the phone, online, and face-to-face.

This role is part treatment, part admin/lead conversion. You’ll perform in-clinic procedures (injectables or advanced skincare, depending on your background), while also responding to new enquiries, following up with leads, and converting consultations into bookings.

[You Must Be Able To]

Perform at least 3 of the following treatments:

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN):

Anti-wrinkle injections

Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, chin)

PRP (platelet-rich plasma)

Skin boosters(Rejuran etc)

PDO threads

Fat Dissolve

Collagen Biostimulator

If you're a Therapist:

Facials (advanced & results-based)

Microneedling

Skin tightening

Laser

Skin boosters

Ultherapy, Thermage, or HIFU (at least one)

You’ll also need a solid understanding of at least 80% of the treatments listed above—even if you don’t perform them—so you can confidently explain them to clients, answer questions, and convert consultations into bookings.

[Key Responsibilities]

Perform treatments aligned with your qualifications in a safe, professional, and results-driven manner (injectables, PRP, PDO threads, microneedling, Ultherapy, Thermage, facials, etc.)

Handle incoming calls, emails, social media leads, and DMs

Conduct consultations, provide expert treatment advice, and convert leads into bookings

Follow up with existing clients and manage rebooking cycles

Maintain accurate treatment records and provide excellent pre- and post-treatment care

Upsell treatment plans, and packages to support client outcomes

[Who We're Looking For]
You could be a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) or a Diploma-qualified Beauty/Dermal Therapist—what matters most is your ability to connect, convert, and care.

Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in a clinic or medi-spa

Proven success in retail/treatment sales and client rebooking

Excellent phone manner, communication skills, and professional presentation

Self-motivated, organised, and confident in a client-facing role

Comfortable using social media or clinic software for communication
