About the Role
Due to consistent business growth, an opportunity has arisen for an additional Mortgage Broker to join the team. This role involves engaging with clients through various communication methods—face-to-face, phone, or Zoom—to understand their current loan products or new loan requirements. As an experienced Broker, you will guide clients through the process, assessing serviceability and loan suitability, supported by an experienced back-office team handling administrative tasks such as ApplyOnline submissions and document follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet clients through preferred channels to identify and assess their needs, delivering exceptional service.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients through open, interactive communication and effective questioning.
- Product Selection: Recommend suitable loan products based on clients' requirements and priorities.
- Documentation Management: Submit necessary documentation and evaluate clients' eligibility for loan products.
- Process Coordination: Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure a seamless process from application to settlement.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home finance/lending with a financial institution or brokerage.
- Qualifications: Completion of Cert IV in Mortgage Broking.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in previous roles.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
- Client-Centric Approach: Dedication to identifying and satisfying customer needs.
