We’re growing our mortgage broking team and looking for a motivated Mortgage Broker with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end loan process, from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring lending solutions.

Partnering with our offshore administrative support team to streamline loan processing, giving you more time to focus on client engagement.

Liaising with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options.

Working extensively with SMEs and self-employed clients, analysing financials and structuring lending solutions that meet their needs.

Working closely with our broader business and financial services team to provide a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker.

Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (with the desire to complete Diploma Finance and Mortgage Broking Management within the next 12 months).

A strong understanding of lender policies, loan structures and compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of servicing requirements for self-employed borrowers and SMEs.

Proven ability to analyse financial statements and income structures to identify suitable lending solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing your own portfolio.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
