The role
You will handle phone-based conversations with warm, opted-in leads and inbound enquiries. Your job is to educate briefly, qualify, and book high-quality appointments for our solar specialists using our custom CRM. No unsolicited cold calling.

Required

12+ months appointment-setting or outbound phone experience with proven KPIs.

What you will do

Call and qualify warm leads, confirm needs, and book calendar appointments

Achieve daily activity and conversion targets

Keep accurate CRM notes and manage follow-ups

What you bring

Strong phone manner and fast rapport building

Track record hitting KPIs in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated and organised, comfortable working independently

Confident with CRMs and diallers

Reliable WFH set-up (internet, computer, headset, quiet space)
