Are you a hard-working phone pro ready to cash in on the solar/battery boom?

Eco Elite is looking for experienced appointment setters who know how to qualify, build rapport fast, and book strong appointments. You’ll be speaking with warm leads, aged data, and some cold calling — but this isn’t just another call centre role.

A recent industry shift is creating massive earning potential, and we’re looking for hungry professionals ready to take full advantage.

If you’ve got the mindset of a closer, we’ll give you the training and path to become one. This role is a launchpad — proven performers will have the chance to step up into a high-earning sales consultant role.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role includes:

Calling warm and aged leads

Qualifying leads and uncovering needs

Presenting solar and battery value confidently and clearly

Booking in-home consults for our sales team

Navigating and updating Pipedrive CRM

$50K base + uncapped commissions (OTE $100K++)

Warm inbound leads after initial training

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

We’re Looking For

Phone-based experience: call centre, sales, retention, or telesales

Solar industry experience highly regarded but not essential

Objection handling, rapport building, and closing for appointments

Resilient, coachable, self-motivated operators

Clear communicators with solid computer skills

A team mindset with an individual hunger to win
