Duties include:

Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism

Managing a busy front desk and phone system with efficiency

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

Coordinating meeting rooms, appointments and internal events

Supporting the wider office with administrative tasks and office coordination

You will need previous experience in a similar corporate front desk or receptionist role, impeccable presentation and communication skills, a proactive and service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
