We have a permanent Corporate Receptionist role available with a highly successful global financial services Firm based in the CBD.
You will based on solo Reception desk and tasked with general Reception duties. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal with a confident and friendly phone manner. The ability to deal with clients and provide excellent customer service is a must for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering the phones and redirecting calls
Managing and coordinating the meeting rooms
Organising couriers and looking after the post
Ordering stationery and supplies for the Reception area
ensuring the Reception area is clean, tidy and well presented
Adhoc administration support for the Office Manager and team as an when needed
