The Firm:
Our clients are a fun Accounting and Financial Planning firm based in Greenwich. They service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries. We provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking.
You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a financial services firm. You will be working from our beautiful Greenwich office, overlooking Sydney harbour and beyond, close to public transport options.
We are flexible with part/time school hours for the right candidate.
The Role:
As a highly valued member of our team, you will love being the FRONT FACE across all our divisions. You will provide a warm and welcoming experience to all our clients and visitors.
- Managing the admin, reception, accounting support and marketing email inbox
- Scanning, filing and returning of client documentation
- Distribution and following up of invoices
- Adding, removing and maintaining client details on our databases
- Managing client appointment schedules
- Meeting rooms maintenance
- Collecting, scanning and distribution of physical mail
- Downloading and distributing Centrelink, ASIC and ATO electronic correspondence.
- Ordering office and catering supplies
Experience:
- Previous reception/administration and client facing experience in a public practice accounting firm / financial services
- Ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deliverables are met
- Accounting software experience highly regarded
- Strong values and ethics consistent with our company values
- MUST be Australian Citizen to Apply
