We’re seeking a corporate Receptionist who is polished, personable, and proactive someone who thrives in a professional environment and brings a sense of calm, care, and quiet efficiency to their workplace.

About the Role
This isn’t an entry-level reception job. It’s an ideal opportunity for a seasoned front-of-house or hospitality professional ready to step into a key role supporting senior leaders within a high-performing financial services office.

You’ll be part of a close-knit administration team, responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day support, maintaining an impeccable office environment, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

From managing complex meeting room bookings to overseeing office supplies and supporting special projects, your role will be central to the smooth running of a busy, professional workplace.

Initially this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to go permanent there after.

We’re looking for someone with:

Several years’ experience in a professional reception, hospitality, or front-of-house role

A track record of delivering polished, calm, and confident service in a busy environment

Strong organisational skills and pride in maintaining high standards

The ability to multitask and manage priorities with ease

A genuine passion for providing a warm, welcoming experience to colleagues and clients alike

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Managing incoming calls and general office enquiries efficiently

Maintaining pristine kitchen, meeting rooms, and reception areas

Coordinating couriers, mail, supplies, and room setups

Supporting senior leaders with ad hoc administrative tasks

Processing expenses and invoices using Concur

The Environment:
You’ll be based in a well-established, values-driven investment office located in Sydney. You’ll work alongside grounded, highly capable professionals who value kindness, competence, and a positive attitude.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, ideal for someone who enjoys routine, connection, and making a visible contribution.
