Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time Senior Service Leader role offering 38 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons and opportunities for block shifts, Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top‑tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators and Service Leaders within the region.

Building strong relationships with families and the school community.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.

Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.

Working closely with our local Services Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties

A fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.

Service Location: Lucas Heights Community School OOSH (located in Sydney's South West)

What we’re looking for:

You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

✔ Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
✔ A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
✔ A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
✔ A commitment to putting children and families first.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
