This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most renowned luxury brands worldwide. This is an initial 12-month contract with an extension potential offers stability and a clear path for growth within a well-structured and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales reconciliation and sales booking (daily, weekly department stores, MTD, MTD YTD) YTD.
• Credit card reconciliation and booking (pay by link, cash, department stores).
• Liaise with boutiques to answer all queries related to sales transactions and POS variances.
• Bank clearing and bank reconciliations (Daily, monthly).
• Sales audit (sales certificates, interim/year end audit).
• Tax: BAS BASpreparation (Australia), GST GSTPreparation (NZ).
• End of month accruals preparation, reclass,reclass Intercompany Intercompanyreconciliation, sales figures to landlords.
• Vendor creations SAP.
• Issue monthly intercompany intercompanyrecharge invoices.
• Bank dispute handling.
• Yearly credit card commission reconciliations.
• Any ad hoc hoctask/project

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary degree in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting / Finance related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, in a similar role in a commercial environment, preferably retail or FMCG.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience using accounting system software. SAP experience is advantageous.
• High level of computer literacy (excel).
• Target-oriented, especially deadline driven.
• Proactive and self-motivated, well-organized.
• Able to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Team player.
