We’re seeking an eCommerce & Digital Specialist to take ownership of our DTC websites and digital lifecycle marketing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly impact online sales, conversion, and customer engagement across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

● eCommerce Management (Shopify / Wordpress): Manage multiple brand sites, ensuring listings, pricing, and content are accurate and optimised. Launch products and campaigns, oversee site improvements, CRO tools, and troubleshoot issues.

● Digital Advertising & Funnel Support: Create and optimise landing pages for paid campaigns and promotions, ensuring seamless customer journeys. Use A/B testing, CRO, and analytics to improve conversion and ROI.

● Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Klaviyo): Own the execution of email and SMS campaigns. Build automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, loyalty), run A/B tests, and drive segmentation strategies to boost engagement and retention.

● Customer Experience & Loyalty: Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect brand values. Partner with marketing teams to improve lifecycle messaging and loyalty program initiatives.

● Digital Insights & Reporting: Analyse sales, traffic, and campaign performance using GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo. Produce reports and dashboards with clear recommendations.

● Collaboration: Work closely with brand team and agency partners to deliver campaigns, launches, and co-op promotions that drive results.

What We’re Looking For

● 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce and digital/eDM marketing.

● Proficiency in Shopify, Wordpress, and strong knowledge of Klaviyo.

● Experience with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

● Skills in CRO, UX, and A/B testing.

● Ability to structure, create, and review Google and Meta Ads, working independently and with agencies.

● Exposure to SEO, SEM, and paid social alignment.

● Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

● FMCG, beauty, health, or wellness category experience.

● Knowledge of SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon).

● Familiarity with project workflow tools like Wrike or Trello.
