About the position

Join our amazing team, reporting into the e Commerce & Digital Manager . This position, as e Commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth, developing promotional strategies, and optimizing the digital shopping experience across Shopify and BigCommerce platforms. This role focuses on increasing conversion rates, improving product merchandising, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless site operations. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, analytical, and has a strong understanding of e Commerce best practices to maximize revenue and profitability.

This is an E Commerce position, only candidates with Shopify and Big Commerce proven experience will be considered.

Ideally Tertiary qualified in Business, Marketing or Computer Science. Certifications in Shopify, BigCommerce, or Google Analytics (a plus). Must have a least 3 years+ experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on sales-driven strategies and promotional execution
