Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Pre-Construction with a strong background in fencing and construction management. This role requires an individual who is passionate about managing complex projects, can lead cross-functional teams to success and enjoys a split between the project site & office.

What you will be doing:

Oversee fencing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.

Manage costs, budgets, progress claims, and materials to maintain project efficiency.

Lead and support on-site crews, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

Proactively identify and solve challenges as they arise.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Attending client meetings.

What we are looking for:

Extensive project management experience in the construction industry, specifically in fencing.

Technical design knowledge and baseline construction management experience.

Strong communicator with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook for project documentation, communication, and scheduling.

Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Physically fit, well-organised, reliable, and self-motivated.

Open to travelling between branches - Western Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales, where required.

Current driver’s license.
