What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and optimise a premium commercial property portfolio
• Develop and deliver strategies to maximise asset value and returns
• Negotiate leases, rent reviews, and tenant renewals
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
• Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders
• Oversee maintenance, capital works, and compliance
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience/5+ years of Residential Property Management experience
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice & up to date CPD
• Strata experience (highly desirable)
• Solid knowledge of the Retail Tenancies act (highly desirable)
• Excellent written & verbal communication
