We're recruiting for a Body Corporate Manager (open to Assistant/juniors) to take on a portfolio focused on small schemes. The portfolio size is flexible depending on your experience.

The Role:

Location: Brisbane (1–2 WFH days)

Portfolio: Small schemes, tailored to you – with opportunity to shift to high-density or mixed down the track

Systems: Stratamax + StrataVote

Support: Shared assistant to start, with scope to have dedicated support as portfolio fills
