The Role
We’re looking for a natural networker to join us as a Business Development Manager, ideally with Finance Broker experience and a passion for building strong relationships.
Ume Loans has grown rapidly over the past five years, and we’re now focused on deepening relationships and broadening our impact, and this role is a key part of that journey.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in asset finance, personal lending, or financial services.
Demonstrated success in business development, B2B sales, or broker engagement.
A reputation for being proactive, authentic, and solutions focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine interest in helping people succeed, brokers, partners, and customers alike.
The ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.
