We’re looking for a career focused Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing execution, team leadership, project management, and growth delivery. Based in Brisbane, this is a hybrid role working 3 days in office, 2 from home, with high visibility and direct collaboration across the business.

You’ll be stepping into a high performing marketing function, ready to scale. Work directly with the CEO, lead a capable team, and drive growth alongside Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success. What You’ll Lead

1. Campaigns, Project Management, and Growth Marketing Execution

Deliver lead generation, sales conversion, and client marketing campaigns across digital, social, and partner channels

Lead internal and partner co marketing initiatives to engage, upsell, and retain clients

Build on existing performance, enhance, optimise, and scale results

Apply strong project management skills to ensure on time, high quality campaign execution and cross team collaboration

2. Team Leadership and Marketing Operations

Manage and collaborate with a Philippines based marketing team

Oversee workflows, tools, reporting, and campaign delivery using Hubspot

Work with external vendors for specialised projects beyond internal capability

3. Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success as part of the Growth Team

Report directly to the CEO for strategic direction and alignment with business goals

Deliver actionable reporting on leads, conversion, client engagement, and retention

Are You the Right Fit?

5 plus years of B2B marketing experience, focused on campaign execution, growth delivery, and team leadership

Proven success in executing and optimising campaigns that drive measurable results

Experience managing teams, engaging with external vendors, and leading through projects

Strong in project management, analytics, and digital or social campaign delivery

Organised, proactive, and career driven, ready to lead, grow, and make a difference in a high growth technology company

Location, Travel, and Setup

Hybrid role based in Brisbane, 3 days in office (West End), 2 days from home

Work aligned with Australian business hours

Travel: Up to once per year to the Philippines for team collaboration and leadership engagement

Occasional interstate travel for industry events and team connection
