About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Stock Controller to join the team at Waverley Toyota. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for managing new vehicle stock, ensuring accurate records, and supporting the sales team with smooth and efficient stock processes. This position includes commissions and offers great career growth in the automotive industry.
Key Duties
- Manage vehicle orders, allocations, and deliveries
- Coordinate vehicle logistics with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in systems
- Support the sales team with vehicle availability and reporting
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes and audits
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Experience in stock control, inventory, or dealership administration (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Confidence with databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
