Due to significant growth and demand for their expertise, the company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Systems Integrator to join their dynamic Melbourne team.

The Role
This is a highly technical and multifaceted role, ideal for an innovative thinker with expertise in systems integration and a passion for automation and building intelligence. You will take charge of the Installation, Commissioning, Service, and Maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Smart Lighting Control.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing and fine-tuning software configurations tailored to specific project requirements.

Executing rigorous testing and commissioning of BMS and smart lighting systems.

Diagnosing and calibrating system performance for optimal efficiency.

Repairing, reprogramming, and enhancing systems to meet evolving client needs.

Collaborating closely with customers to identify improvement opportunities and expand system capabilities.

Ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meeting timelines and quality standards.

Maintaining compliance with WHS protocols and company policies.

In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping intelligent, energy-efficient environments while maintaining excellent client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.

What We’re Looking For In You
We are seeking a high-calibre professional with the following skills, qualifications, and mindset:

Extensive experience in Building Management Systems and integration.

Knowledge and programming experience in Commercial Control Systems.

Expertise with C-Bus, Dynalite, or KNX systems (highly advantageous).

Formal qualifications: Electrician certification or a Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Exceptional problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.

A proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and detailed reporting.

A results-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in building automation.

Tech-savviness and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry advancements.
