Key responsibilities:

Leading the team to ensure processes are completed within business requirements and financial periods

Debtor account credit assessment – ensure credit worthiness assessments are performed according to business policy.

Ensure that outstanding debtor balances are collected so that aged balances are minimised.

Daily banking – Process bank daily receipts and allocate to accounts promptly.

Claims management – process claims & rebates promptly and correctly and liaise with other departments re credit claims as required

Processing refunds & chargebacks promptly and efficiently

Audit assistance – assist with provision of any documents and/or information

About You:

If you have solid experience in Senior AR/Credit position with a proven experience in debt recovery, exceptional customer service skills, team player, please apply.

Pronto experience is essential.

This is an 8 week fixed term contract, commencing ideally week beginning 25 August 2025, concluding 14 October 2025.
