About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across rostering, workforce coordination, compliance, and payroll support.
As the HR Coordinator, you will:
Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with SCHADS Award.
Coordinate leave requests, shift replacements, and communicate roster changes effectively.
Maintain staff compliance records including clearances, training, and certifications.
Collate and cross-check timesheets for payroll, including kilometre reporting.
Collaborate with HR and Service Coordinators on recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Act as a key point of contact for rostering queries from staff, clients, and agencies.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in rostering, workforce planning, or HR coordination (healthcare, disability, aged care, or community services preferred).
Knowledge of SCHADS Award and workplace legislation.
Proficiency in rostering software (Salesforce/Lumary highly regarded).
Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Current clearances: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening.
