South Australian Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised South Australian Operations Coordinator to join our team at One Mob Pty Ltd T/A Event Personnel Australia. As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, providing essential day-to-day support. You'll play a key role in coordinating crew logistics, assisting with scheduling and timesheets, liaising with clients and crew, and ensuring that every aspect of operations runs smoothly and professionally.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset. You’ll be expected to represent the company with the highest level of professionalism, treating every client as high-profile and maintaining the premium standards Event Personnel Australia is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day crew scheduling.
- Coordinate and manage crew onboarding, inductions and compliance documentation.
- Oversee uniform, PPE and crew kit inventory.
- Assist with on-site support and logistics.
- Act on behalf of Operations Manager during leave.
- Respond to urgent calls or emails outside of hours as operationally required.
- Identify and source business development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service focus.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
- Flexibility to attend to urgent matters outside regular hours.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, events, or crew scheduling.
- Tech-savvy and confident using scheduling/CMS systems.
- Manual Driver’s Licence and White Card.
