Salary:

• Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year + Super + Bonus
• Salary is dependent on experience, ensuring your expertise is appropriately recognised

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact from day one. You will bring:

• A full automotive trade qualification and at least 2 years of hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and the automotive industry
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative
• A strong work ethic and the drive to meet goals
• A current full driver’s licence and your own set of tools
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Availability to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles (new and used)
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Deliver exceptional workmanship with attention to detail
• Keep up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and products through our supplier network
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment to the highest standards
• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times
