Qualified Technician - VOLKSWAGEN

Applicants for this role need to have previous experience with Volkswagen, or similar exposure with other European Brands in a Franchised Dealership.

You will need:

Proven experience undertaking minor and major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the technical team, ensuring correct steps are taken to problem solve faults.

Able to adapt to the ever changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles

Ability to mentor/ provide guidance to junior technicians

To be passionate about the Volkswagen / European Brands.

To be reliable and have a great work ethic.

Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find

To be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Great organisation, planning and time management skills.

A genuine belief and understanding of Customer Satisfaction.

Keep up to date with mandatory factory training
