The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all departments
• Deliver comprehensive sales administration support, including contract preparation, compliance management, and settlement coordination
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding
• Track key performance indicators and support the preparation of team performance reports
• Maintain and improve internal systems, procedures, and compliance standards

The Candidate:

• Demonstrated expertise in office management, sales administration, or operations within the real estate sector
• Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential)
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Tech-savvy with a talent for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
