We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Northern Beaches office located in Brookvale.

Offering lots of variety and a fun working environment, this is a pivotal role in our customer service team. Being customer oriented you will strengthen relationships with our customers, ensure prompt and efficient processing of customers enquiries to help grow our business.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be tasked with handling both general and complex enquiries while using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Through attention to detail and active listening you will troubleshoot or resolve all enquiries while demonstrating the highest level of customer service

Tasks & responsibilities

Inbound customer order and enquiry calls,

Processing NDIS and Home Care Package orders and producing invoices

Manage customer email enquiries

Support other administrative tasks, including invoicing

Coordinating with various internal teams

Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & experience

Have previous inbound and outbound customer service experience.

Excellent phone manner and ability to manage high volume inbound enquiries.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A good problem solver

Competent IT skills and have basic technology knowledge.
