Hunter Local Land Services (LLS) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service Team. In this vital frontline role, you'll support landholders and stakeholders by providing tailored advice, guidance, and information about LLS programs and services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Customer Service team to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
- Supporting the Travelling Stock Reserve Team.
- Helping landholders and stakeholders navigate services across areas such as biosecurity, animal and plant health, natural resource management and more.
- Complaint resolution and actively promoting and engaging with continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
- Assist with development of guides and procedures.
- Building partnerships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Information Management Administration
- Responding during biosecurity emergencies as required.
