The Opportunity:

We are looking for multiple motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in our Strata Contact Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for property owners, tenants, property managers, and suppliers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our new Sydney CBD Office (60 Pitt Street)

Your Day-to Day:

Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and requests using scripting or processing activity.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and customer communications.

Process web forms and emails, following detailed process guidance and workflows.

Provide professional, polite, and courteous customer service.

Meet KPIs for service quality, processing timeframes, and first contact resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service experience with call handling skills

Experience in a contact centre, using CRM and contact centre technologies

Proficient in processing emails/cases, with accurate data entry and attention to detail

Ability to follow defined processes, especially with legislative-related inquiries

Ability to meet KPIs, including service metrics and processing timeframes

Team player, thriving in a high-performing environment
