About the Role
You will oversee the operational side of adult learning programs, managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure administrative, financial, and learner systems run smoothly. You will also manage RTO compliance, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements and supporting audits and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, Skills First contracts, and Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to meet regulatory obligations
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates
Your work will directly support high-quality accredited programs and contribute to the success of students and the broader team. This role offers flexibility, allowing full-time or part-time work with remote working options.
About You
To be considered, you will have;
- Proven experience in an RTO, with strong knowledge of ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, and funding contract management (e.g., Skills First)
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
- Strong operational knowledge of RTO systems (e.g., SVTS, Epsilon, ADMs, VETtrak) and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
