About the Role

As the Business Development & Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the brand’s presence across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, leading events, and overseeing smooth day-to-day operations — all with a focus on premium service, strategic thinking, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing travel advisors and agency groups

Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and luxury events

Plan and manage exclusive advisor events, luxury showcases, and hosted trips

Lead local operations, coordinate with global teams, and manage regional vendors

Mentor and support a growing team while ensuring seamless service delivery

Assist with high-touch reservations and support advisors with tailored travel solutions

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury travel sales, operations, or account management

Strong network within the AU/NZ travel advisor community

Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing business relationships

Proven event planning and execution skills

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strategic mindset with excellent organisational and leadership skills

Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools
