Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who thrives on solving complex reconciliations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment?

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a large, reputable business with a strong national footprint and a collaborative, close-knit finance team based in Brisbane.

This is not your average AP role—if you enjoy digging into discrepancies, liaising across departments, and adding real value to processes, this could be the perfect next step.

About the Role Working as part of a high-performing finance function, your key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end accounts payable processing across multiple business units
  
  
• Investigating and resolving complex supplier and account reconciliations
  
  
• Managing payment runs, approvals, and remittance processes
  
  
• Partnering with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
  
  
• Supporting month-end close and reporting
  
  
• Assisting with continuous improvement projects across AP systems and processes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record within a full-function AP role
  
  
• Demonstrated strength in reconciliations and problem-solving
  
  
• Confident working in high-volume environments with multiple stakeholders
  
  
• Proficiency inERP systems and intermediate Excel
  
  
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine team player
