People Mill has an opportunity with one of our Insurance Broker clients in Melbourne. Our client is a very successful Brokerage, medium sized office with a high performing team. This is a newly created role due to growth. This is also a good move for an experienced administrator or junior Assistant looking to make the next step up or somebody hungry for career within the insurance industry.

The Role

This role is to assist the Broking team with administrative tasks. Our client has the flexibility to tailor the role to fit the person. It's a busy, successful brokerage with many long-standing clients who have been with the business since day one.

Ideally, you will possess 2+ years of experience within the insurance space, and you will also have a Tier 2 or 1 in Broking (Or be willing to do the study and achieve the qualification). Our client will look at candidates with <2 years experience, however you must show drive and passion for the insurance industry.

This role is also offering work from home 3 days a week.

Some other components of this role include:

Responding to client queries with a sense of urgency and professionalism

Providing a high level of customer service to clients, wider broker team, underwriters and other key stakeholders.

Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes.

Ensure accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures.
