We are seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a highly successful founder and executive in the healthcare sector, whose work has a significant impact in the veteran community. This is a full-time, office-based position in Spring Hill with an immediate start.

About the Role

This is not your average EA role — you will be the right-hand to an accomplished and dynamic leader, managing their day-to-day priorities, optimising their time, and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives that are transforming healthcare for veterans across Australia. Discretion, adaptability, and excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the founder’s calendar, travel, and daily workflow with precision

• Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and presentations

• Prepare confidential reports, documents, and briefing materials

• Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders and partners

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise

• Support both professional and occasional personal commitments to maximise efficiency

About You:

• Proven track record as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite or a high-profile leader

• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Calm under pressure and able to pivot priorities quickly

• Purpose-driven, with an appreciation for initiatives that improve veteran health and wellbeing. Ideally with a close link to the veteran community
