To be successful you will need:

• Minimum QBCC Site Supervisor license
• 2+ years’ experience overseeing townhouse or commercial projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of all construction stages, from groundworks through to handover
• Proven track record managing large-scale townhouse builds or commercial sites
• Ability to maintain program deadlines and push site progress
• Confidence working with construction software and digital reporting tools
