Client Details
Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder based just outside Brisbane CBD. They take huge pride in their low staff turnover, sub-contractor relationships, and sustainable business growth.
Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2026 and 2027, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team. Initial projects are available on the north side, south side and west side (Ipswich) of Brisbane.

Description
Key responsibilities include:

• Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
• Ensuring a safe site at all times
• Quality control and defect minimisation
• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met

Profile
Selection criteria will include:

• QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
• Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
• Trade background preferred (carpentry)
• Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects up to $20m
