Territory & Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Aesthetic Medical Devices & Injectables – Cosmetic Surgery
Territory: Queensland and WA
We are hiring and our goal is to secure a high-performing BDM
Base Salary: $95K - $120K (plus all the regular allowances)
Generous Commission Structure: Earn up to $200K per year!

As an experienced Territory & Sales Managers / Business Development Manager - you will lead sales expansion in your assigned territory. You will manage a loyal client base, open new accounts, and execute growth strategies in the cosmetic and plastic surgery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships in QLD + WA
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
Hunt for high-value accounts and convert leads into long-term partners
Introduce new product lines as Athena BioMed's portfolio expands
Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings
About You
You can demonstrate success in a medical aesthetic device or injectable sales role (previous experience in cosmetic, aesthetic, or plastic surgery sectors preferred)
Minimum of 1-2 years of medical aesthetic device or injectable sales experience is required.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Registered Nursing background is preferred but not essential
A hunter mindset with proven success exceeding sales targets
A well-established network of industry contacts
Strong business development and territory management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Able to work independently and travel extensively within your region
Ability to travel 75%+ of the time within the QLD and WA territory is required
A strategic thinker with passion for aesthetics and medical innovation
