About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee projects across Greater Melbourne, with a strong focus on sporting field construction and associated civil works. This is a hands-on, site-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be managing a small team, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and deliver sporting field and civil construction projects including bulk earthworks, drainage, and pavements.

Work alongside engineers and project managers to plan and resource projects.

Lead and develop a small site team, including operators and labourers.

Manage subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships.

Oversee safety, environmental compliance, quality assurance, and program delivery.

Interpret construction plans and ensure works are executed to spec.

Operate machinery where required (excavator, grader, posi-track, trucks).

About You:

3–5+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction (sporting field experience highly regarded).

Strong team leadership skills with a proven record of training and developing staff.

Network of subcontractors and suppliers preferred.

GPS machine control and survey equipment experience desirable.

Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and ability to start promptly.

Additional Details:

Monday–Friday, 7am start times.

Travel across Greater Melbourne required.
