If you’re a Site Supervisor or Site Manager looking to step up, either onto your first project as the lead or onto bigger jobs, then this is your chance.

You’ll be stepping into a business that knows how to win and deliver projects without the fanfare. Growth has been steady, and delivery is consistent.

Their work spans commercial spaces, from detailed fit-outs to structural new builds. This role is specific to commercial fit-outs under $7 million. The project locations are predominantly in and around the city or in the northern suburbs.

You’ll work closely with the directors, who are approachable and experienced. They stay connected to delivery and value what happens on-site. The culture is hands-on, team-focused, and built around long-term staff who enjoy coming to work.

Fit-out makes up about half of their active sites. The rest are commercial new builds, typically between $5 and $20 million. The pipeline is solid, and most of the work comes from repeat business and referrals, not the open market.

To be considered, you’ll need a few years of experience on commercial fit-out projects, either as a 2IC or Site Manager, for a head contractor. Candidates coming from a subcontractor with no experience working for a builder will not be considered. You’ll also need a stable employment history, strong trade coordination skills, and a transparent, professional approach on-site.

Salary will depend on experience and role fit, up to around $140k including super.
