This business is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-focused person to join their Commercial team as a Customer Bookings Agent.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them book services, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’ve worked in admin or customer service and want a role with stability, support, and a great team - this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do:
- Handle scheduling of services such as: installations, repairs, deliveries - ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer orders, input details into CRM including product specifications, quantities, and special instructions
- Confirm bookings and orders with customers
- Maintain an organised calendar, adjusting for last-minute changes or rescheduling requests
- Work closely with inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability
- Liaise with suppliers to secure items when stock is unavailable
- Answer customer calls and emails, confirming appointments and handling enquiries
- Keep booking details, orders, and invoices up to date in internal systems
- Support the team with general admin tasks and safety checks
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years’ experience in administration or customer service (any industry)
- Clear and friendly communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to pick up details others might miss
- Proactive, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Reliability and a team-first approach
